Royalty-free does not mean free of cost, and it does not always mean free of copyright. It means the licence lets you use the music without paying a royalty each time your video is viewed or your ad airs.
Licences still have conditions, such as which platforms or uses are covered. Always read the terms, especially for broadcast, streaming distribution and client work.
