Terms of Service

Last reviewed 20 October 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Sonvela you agree to these terms. If you use Sonvela for an organisation, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Sonvela is offered on paid subscriptions billed monthly or yearly through Polar, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.

4. Song allowance

Each plan includes a monthly number of songs (generations) that resets on your billing date and does not carry over.

5. Licence to generated music

Subject to these terms and an active subscription at the time of generation, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use tracks you generate for the uses your plan allows, as described on the licensing page, which forms part of these terms. The licence continues for tracks generated while subscribed after your subscription ends.

6. Your prompts and content

You keep any rights you have in prompts and material you upload. You give us permission to process them to provide the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Sonvela to infringe others’ rights, imitate a specific copyrighted recording or present output as the work of a real artist, create unlawful, hateful or deceptive content, resell output as a stand-alone music library, or interfere with the service, including by scraping or automated mass generation outside the product.

8. Availability

We work to keep Sonvela available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generated results vary and may not always match a prompt.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Sonvela is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email or in the product before they take effect.
