Beatoven.ai’s site describes pay-per-track and subscription options for download minutes, MP3 and WAV downloads with stems, and a non-exclusive perpetual licence to monetise tracks in your content. It states that Beatoven keeps ownership of the tracks and that direct distribution on streaming platforms is not allowed. No prices were shown on the page we checked.

Sonvela’s plans
Every plan makes full songs with vocals or instrumentals. Starter is $9 a month for 60 songs, Creator $19 for 250 with songs up to 3 minutes and client work, and Studio $39 for 800 with songs up to 4 minutes and streaming distribution. There is no free tier. See pricing and licensing.
